How Our Washer & Dryer Rental Process Works
1: Simple Application — No Credit Check
Getting started is easy. Complete our short online form to request a washer and dryer rental. There is no credit check required; the purpose of the form is to make sure we service your area, and that our installers come prepared with the appropriate supplies to install your washer and dryer.
After we receive your form, we’ll contact you directly to go over next steps.
2: Application Review
We do not perform traditional credit checks. However, applications may be reviewed using publicly available information, including Wisconsin Circuit Court records. Outstanding unpaid civil judgments and other court records relating to financial obligations may be considered as part of our rental approval process.
3: We Provide the Equipment
You don’t need to shop, compare models, or worry about large upfront costs. We supply the washer and dryer — ready for use in homes with existing laundry hookups.
4: Delivery & Professional Installation
Once approved, we schedule delivery and installation at your home. Our team brings the units, hooks everything up, and ensures they’re ready to use before we leave. At the time of delivery, we do request proof of identity (state ID or driver's license) and proof of address (rental lease, utility bill, or deed) to complete the installation.
5: Maintenance & Repairs Included
If a machine stops working or needs attention, simply contact us. We handle maintenance, service calls, and repairs, and will fix or replace the unit at no extra cost due to normal wear and tear.
6: One Predictable Monthly Payment
You pay one straightforward monthly rental fee based on your selected plan. There are no hidden charges or surprise fees — just simple, predictable pricing.
